Work Experience
Work experience is not an absolute requirement for admission, except for Executive MBA and Executive Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management applicants.
MBA, IMBA and Masters degrees
Professional experience, while not required, adds to a competitive application. Other factors considered are an applicant’s unique achievements, managerial or leadership potential, contributions to community, sense of personal ethics and values, and motivation for a graduate business education. Professional work experience, however, makes candidates more competitive in the job market upon graduation.
Executive MBA
Applicants for the Executive MBA program are required to have at least 10 years of professional work experience, with at least eight years in a progressively responsible management role.
Executive Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management
Applicants are required to have at least 10 years of professional work experience.
Graduate Business Certificates
Applicants should have at least 8 years of business experience or 5 years experience specific to the certificate. Otherwise, applicants must have an accredited MBA or other graduate degree in a field related to the chosen certificates.
