Commissioned Research Projects

The fall of 2005, the SMC welcomed its newest members and started work on a series of intensive research projects it has been commissioned to execute for a championship member of the Denver professional sports community.  These projects provide members of the SMC an opportunity to apply the skills and theories learned in a real-life, practical environment, reporting and meeting periodically directly with the team’s general manager.  It is anticipated that the SMC will incorporate 1 to 2 commissioned research projects per year.  In addition, the results of each project are intended to be published nationally.
