Undergraduate Tuition and Fees
Undergraduate tuition and fees are determined by the University of Denver (DU). Visit DU's Undergraduate Admission website for more information on tuition, fees and estimated living expenses. You will also find information about academic scholarships and financial aid.
Graduate Program Tuition
Tuition for Daniels College of Business graduate programs is based on a cost per credit hour set by the University of Denver. Tuition costs are the same for all students whether they are residents or nonresidents of Colorado.

Graduate Program Fees
Graduate students may be responsible for the additional fees listed below. Note: Executive MBA and Professional MBA students are only responsible for a $54/credit technology fee and graduate program activity fee. All other fees are included in the fixed-rate tuition.
Daniels Program Fee
All students are assessed a $950 program fee that supports the preparatory and experiential learning components of required courses as well as costs associated with graduation and commencement activities.
International Integrative Experience Fee
IMBA students registered in IMBA 4500 (Cultural Investigation and Observation) are assessed a course fee of approximately $2,500 to cover travel expenses. In addition, students will be responsible for international airfare and nongroup meals. This is a required course for IMBA students.
Health Fee
A health fee of approximately $144 per quarter is assessed for graduate students unless a Graduate Student Health Fee Waiver Form is completed (this form is accessible only after the first tuition deposit). Students not covered by this health fee may use the Student Health Center on a fee-for-service basis.
Student Health Insurance
All students attending the University of Denver are required to have health insurance. Students may participate in the Student Health Insurance program or use their own carrier. The 2010-2011 annual premium is approximately $2,420. A waiver form is required if the student has his/her own insurance carrier.

Laptop Computer
All students are required to bring or purchase a laptop computer. The average cost of a laptop computer is $2,000 USD. Please plan your finances accordingly. Learn more about laptop specifications, leasing and purchasing information.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may include the following:
- University Technology Services Fee - $4 per credit hour.
- Graduate Program and Activity Fee - $50 per quarter. This fee covers activities that enhance the educational experience of graduate students, including graduate student organizations, guest speakers, award events, graduation events and welcoming events.
Living Expenses & Summer Quarter
In addition to the tuition and fees listed above, students relocating to Denver should budget approximately $3,600 in living expenses based on a moderate lifestyle in which students share living expenses with a roommate. Daniels tuition and fees do not include housing expenses, international or local travel, or textbook costs ($600-$1749 yearly).
The academic year consists of three quarters or nine months. If you take classes in the summer, you will be responsible for tuition and fees during the summer quarter. Please prepare your finances accordingly.
