Undergraduate Advising Center Preliminary Graduation Checklist APPLYING FOR GRADUATION All Undergraduate Students must file an application for graduation at least three quarters prior to the intended quarter of graduation. Students may apply via the web on the Office of the Registrar’s website at http://www.du.edu/registrar. Students may also fill out an application in the Office of the Registrar, University Hall, Garden Level, Room B155. In order to be considered for graduation, for your name to appear on degree candidate lists and to participate in graduation ceremonies, an application for graduation must be filed.
