Student Advocate The Student Advocate at Daniels, Lisa Mattiace, provides objective, impartial and confidential assistance to business students. Students with a complaint, conflict, or general concern may contact Lisa as an initial first step toward resolution. Although she can assist in facilitating the process, academic grievances regarding grading must be resolved by a faculty member. Students can contact Lisa Mattiace if they: Need to discuss a sensitive issue. Have questions about how they were treated, Need help resolving a situation within Daniels or DU.
