Ben Hrouda is the controller of Continental Realty Advisors (CRA), a real estate investment firm based in Littleton, Colorado. Prior to his role at CRA, Hrouda was the director of portfolio accounting at Alliance Commercial Partners, a commercial real estate operating company. Hrouda started his career with Ernst & Young in the real estate practice. He is a certified public accountant and a fourth-generation Colorado native.

Hrouda received his MAcc and BAcc in 2001 from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
