Wade Loo is an audit partner in KPMG's information, communication and entertainment practice in the Silicon Valley office. He has 30 years of experience working with public companies in an international environment and has served as the senior partner in charge for the northern California business unit, which consists of the KPMG offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Sacramento and Honolulu. For eight years, Loo worked in KPMG's Tokyo, Beijing and Singapore offices.

Loo serves on the board of JobTrain and is co-president of Ascend. He is past treasurer of the American Chamber of Commerce in Beijing. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Loo holds a BA from the University of Denver.
