    Building an accurate pro-forma is a crucial first step in any real estate investment or development venture. Using and mastering the financial capabilities in Excel can make pro-forma models more accurate and bring enhanced meaning to sensitivity analyses.

    These hands-on sessions are designed especially for real-estate professionals who want to learn the basics of financial functions using Excel.

    Students will learn to use financial functions and advanced tools in Excel and apply them immediately to their own investment and development models. Financial concepts such as compounding and discounting, IRR and NPV will be reviewed and addressed in detail.

    Real-estate finance professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of financial concepts and Excel tools.

    Class Requirements
    A laptop with a USB drive and Excel 2003 or later is required. Room details will be sent with registration confirmation.
