Inclusive Excellence Business Case Competition and Business Awards

Diverse Minds. Unlimited Solutions.

Daniels is proud to hold the third annual Inclusive Excellence Business Case Competition. We are excited for this initiative that connects diverse students and select companies committed to inclusive excellence. As one of the country's few business case competitions surrounding diversity, the Inclusive Excellence Business Case Competition allows students to apply critical thinking and knowledge about diversity to real-world problems at the participating companies.

The competition has three main goals:

  • Engage in thought leadership and development between business and education.
  • Recognize corporate partners who are innovators in the area of inclusion.
  • Fundraiser for inclusive excellence scholarships and activities.

Benefits to students include:

  • The opportunity to tackle a current issue around inclusive excellence, which is a strategic imperative for a participating company.
  • Resumes of selected team members are presented to the participating companies for internship and job consideration.
  • Team members gain exclusive access to select executives from the participating companies.
