The Daniels College of Business is known for its commitment to teaching future business leaders about ethics in business, sustainable business practices and values-based leadership. However, ethics is not only at the core of our curriculum, but also embedded deep in our culture. Our shared values within our community promote the upholding of Daniels' and DU's ethical principles and an environment of intellectual integrity.

The Daniels College of Business is a community dedicated to educating ethical business leaders, advancing the theory and practice of business, and making a positive global impact.
This new mission encapsulates Daniels' commitment to developing students into ethical leaders capable of navigating in a changing global marketplace, our faculty members' contributions of new knowledge through applied and pedagogical research (both in the classroom and to the practice of business) and our strong network of people who share our desire to build a sustainable world.
We also spent the past year reflecting on our shared values as a College. The College's new values statement supports our mission and vision through our everyday actions:

The new mission and values join the Daniels vision and strategic goals to complete the Daniels Tomorrow strategic plan. Our mission, vision and values all work together to embody our most fundamental community social agreements about why we exist and how we treat one another. By circling back to reflect on the mission and values after we had completed the rest of the plan, we were able to have a much richer understanding of who we are and want to be after going through the planning process. Special appreciation goes to the many stakeholders involved in the revision of the mission, vision, values and the entire Daniels Tomorrow planning process.
