Executive Online Graduate Certificate in Real Estate and Construction Management
The Executive Graduate Certificate in Real Estate and Construction Management is designed for experienced professionals who wish to enhance an existing foundation in real estate or construction management. The program is offered ONLINE and requires that you choose 3 online courses and attend one 3-day course in residence (16 credits total). Admissions requirements for the Certificate Program include:
- Completed online application and $100 application fee.
- Official transcripts in school sealed enveloped from EACH higher-education institution attended (show proof of bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university).
- Professional resume documenting a minimum of 5 years of industry-related work experience.
- 2 letters of recommendation from individuals (non-relatives) who can evaluate your academic and/or work performance as well as your potential for success in graduate school. Letters must be submitted directly from recommenders to Graduate Admissions.
